RELEASING ABUNDANCE
We’re discipling enterprises that lead Africa into abundance. When faith, identity, and productive work meet, people cease to be defined by poverty and lack.
THE PROBLEM
Africa is rich in land, faith, and skills, yet poverty persists despite decades of aid. Traditional charity models have often created dependency and failed to stimulate local economies. Traditional church models have focused on saving souls but fallen short in empowering Africans to overcome poverty in their everyday lives. At Parousia Life, we believe in a new path: a Discipleship-Based Economy. Our work embeds discipleship into economic value chains, equips churches and leaders for economic renewal, and teaches work as worship. By launching co-created ventures with local communities, we move communities from relief to empowerment. We are raising a new generation that creates value, stewards local assets, and rebuilds communities from a foundation of faith, dignity, and abundance through enterprise.
OUR PROGRAMS
We believe that to release abundance, we must train ecosystem leaders, disciple value chain players, and build enterprises that integrate faith with purpose.
We equip churches, pastors, and entrepreneurs to become hubs for discipleship-based enterprise, releasing ventures that glorify God and renew locally-designed value chains.
TRAINING
Our discipleship work is embedded in every economic value chain where individuals grow in faith, business skills, ethics, leadership, and economic purpose.
DISCIPLESHIP
We co-create and fund ventures that unite faith, purpose, and profit, empowering community ownership that restores dignity and builds systems that go beyond charity and dependency.

OUR FOUNDERS
Amon and Erica Munyaneza have served transformative enterprises and ministries across Africa for 23 years. Born to a Rwandan refugee family in Uganda, Amon overcame delayed schooling and found faith at 11, sparking a lifelong passion for ministry and transformation. He worked to fund his education from age 11 and earned three degrees in business and theology from Rwanda and the U.S. Now pursuing a Doctorate in Virtuous Economy, he mentors transformative enterprises and ministries. Alongside Erica, whose background is in nonprofit management and accounting, they’ve spent 18 years building schools, planting churches, and equipping families through discipleship, education, and economic opportunities.
